Tranquillum Cordis (Latin for “Tranquility of the Heart”) is a gentle nervine formula crafted in the tradition of 19th-century botanical physicians. Designed to calm the nervous system, uplift the mood, and ease emotional unrest, this herbal tea is ideal for modern stress, historic sensibilities, and everyday imbalance.
🌿 Herbs Featured in This Formula:
- Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – A beloved herb for lightness of spirit and gentle calm; often prescribed in early botanical medicine for “melancholy” and “nervous excitement.”
- Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) – Soothes the nerves and the digestive tract; a classic in apothecary drawers of both physicians and midwives.
