At The Herb Peddler at Horse-n-Bear Ranch, we take pride in crafting high-quality herbal teas, salves, soaps, and handcrafted farm products.
Due to safety and hygiene standards regarding personal care and ingestible goods, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or Used Goods: For health and safety reasons, any opened herbal products, salves, or soaps cannot be returned.
- Custom & Milled Crafts: Custom woodworking or personalized craft items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at info@the-herb-peddler.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will issue a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Returns
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
