“The Intestinal Binder” – Optional with Phase III of Purgatio Naturalis

A gentle, mucilaginous binder blend designed to pair with Restoratio Intestina during the rebuilding phase.
It supports the removal of metabolic waste, microbial debris, and toxins released during cleansing — while soothing the intestinal lining.

 Ingredients (with traditional roles)

Bentonite Clay

A classic absorbent clay used by early naturopaths to bind acids, chemicals, and metabolic waste. Helps reduce irritation and supports elimination.

Activated Charcoal

A powerful adsorbent used historically for gas, bloating, and toxin binding. Helps capture microbial by-products released during cleansing.

Slippery Elm Bark

A mucilaginous demulcent that coats, soothes, and protects the intestinal mucosa — ensuring the clay/charcoal do not irritate sensitive tissues.

 How to Use

Take ½ teaspoon of the powder in 8–10 oz of water, once or twice daily.
Important: Take 2 hours away from herbs, supplements, and medications.
Best used during Phase III of Purgatio Naturalis (intestinal rebuilding).
